Mr. Tara Manandhar is a visionary and dynamic leader with more than 25 years of banking experience. He is widely recognized for his strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong commitment to organizational growth and customer-centric service. He believes in creating sustainable value for customers, shareholders, employees, and the broader community through responsible banking and effective management practices.

He began his banking journey with Nepal Bangladesh Bank and, over the years, has built an outstanding career across some of Nepal’s leading financial and corporate institutions as well as abroad. He has successfully undertaken top leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dish Media Network, as well as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) roles at Muktinath Bikas Bank and Prabhu Bank. At the managerial level, he has served with reputed banks including Standard Chartered Bank and Citizens Bank International, , gaining deep expertise in banking operations, business development, strategic planning, and organizational management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University, completed in 2001, and brings with him decades of professional expertise across banking, financial services, operations, business transformation, and corporate leadership.

Samir Sekhar Bajracharya

Mr. Samir Sekhar Bajracharya is a Profound Banker who have worked in top leadership position and have banking experience over 19 years and other relevant experience with different other organization. He dedicates his success to hard work and sincere determination that have helped him do the best in all the previous job roles he has undertaken.

He continuously strives for betterment in all core aspects of Banking and that it will result in great value to encourage customer service excellence.

Hailing from Tansen Municipaliy, Palpa and currently residing at Dhapakhel, Lalitpur, he has successfully completed his Master in Business Administration (Financial Management) from Nepal Commerce Campus (TU, Nepal). He has been engaged with the Bank since 10th Jestha, 2076.

Govinda Bahadur Raut
Assistant Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Govinda Bahadur Raut, an Eminent Banker has 27 years of experience in microfinance and development sectors including providing training and technical assistance to microfinance institutions in Nepalese microfinance industry. He had worked as a practitioner, wholesale lender and as a technical assistance provider in areas of microfinance institutions’ (MFIs) capacity building in Nepal.

Mr. Raut joined this Bank in 2012 as Department Head of Microfinance. Currently, he has been leading the Inclusive Banking team of the Bank. Prior to joining this Bank, he worked for Sudur Paschimanchal Grameen Bikas Bank, Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP), Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Ltd., RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Ltd., and Enhancing Access to Financial Services (EAFS) Project.

He holds an MBA (Finance) and MA (Rural Development) degree from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is a “Certified Expert in Climate Adaptation Finance (CECAF)” recognized from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany. He has visited India, Bangladesh, The Philippines, Senegal, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Germany to participate in microfinance related programs. Furthermore, he is also a participant in the prestigious Humphrey Fellowship Program at Boston University, USA.
