Eligibility Criteria: 

• Atleast B.E-Civil Engineering or Equivalent from a recognized University, higher education qualification preferred
• Must hold valid Nepal Engineering Council membership
• Minimum 5 Years experience in Project Development and supervision preferably in Hydropower, big construction related projects
• Proficient in engineering/design software
• Knowledge of building codes and construction related regulations
• Experience in Banking sector will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Atleast Master’s Degree in Business, Management or Economics from a recognized University
• Minimum 7 Years experience in Research, Innovation and Development in the relevant field within banking, financial services, consulting, research, strategy, innovation, etc.
• Experience in Banking sector will be an added advantage

Other Specification:

• Strong understanding of Nepal's banking and financial sector, economic trends and regulatory environment.
• Experience in Financial sector’s strategic planning, product development, digital transformation and research will be preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and research tools and applications
